Fees/Insurance and Availability
Dr. Lucy can provide you with documentation so that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You are encouraged to contact your insurance company prior to your first visit for authorization and verification of benefits.
Individual, Couple, Family & Pre-Marital Therapy
Hourly rate: $150.00/hour Cash or credit card payments are accepted. When paying by credit card, a 2.95% processing fee will apply.
A standard therapy session is 50-60 minutes in length. Those sessions that go over 60 minutes will be billed in 15 minute increments.
Phone & Video Sessions
We understand that life can be busy and sometimes it is impossible to come to the office for therapy. Telehealth is a good alternative to driving to the office for services. Some people use this service when they are out of town, they need a 30 minute check-in, transportation is an issue, or this week life is too hectic. Contact us to schedule a session 603-913-7948.
Fees may also be charged for phone sessions with the client or other pertinent people, preparation of certain documentation, and attendance and travel to specific meetings. All fees are due at the time service is rendered.
Hours available for appointments
- Monday – Fridays 8:00am to 8:00pm
- Some Saturdays, by appointment
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you must cancel a scheduled appointment, it is requested that you do so, either by phone call or email, 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. If no 24 hour notification is given, you will be charged the full session fee. Please note that insurance companies do not cover missed session fees.
